All the plans shown here are ones we found while researching small homes that we felt fit our vision. We do not build homes, but we will be happy to refer you to our local preferred builders or you are welcome to find your own.
The following two plans are ones we’ve had our eyes on and believe they would be great additions to The Enclave. But be assured, if you find a plan you like, bring it to us and let us give you a proposal to build. Note that these are not plans designed by The Enclave. They are plans found on the internet at various house plan websites. Please note, some of the features shown on these plans include options that are not part of our standard build packages and may be considered upgrades. Note, we have not acquired the plans for these, but we offer them for your consideration along with links to their source. If you find one you like and want to have it built here, we advise you to discuss it with us before you purchase architectural plans. Bear in mind, nearly all plans can easily be modified — size, exterior, and floor plans — to accommodate your needs as well as to fit the aesthetic theme of The Enclave.
